    I ordered 2 boxes. And there was two bts calendar. And both of them were same. But then there were 2 lomo card boxes of jhope. And they were both the same also. What is mystery about this box??? If youre giving products at least dont give duplicates? And there was also one piece of enhypen niki lomo card. Like??? Where did that come from. Never buying it again.

Mystery Box/Surprise Box can be ordered on Cod-payment and the customer will receive a product having a value of not less than the given amount.

Delivery charge for the ordered Mystery Box/Surprise Box can be applicable and the said charge will be added to the actual price of the Mystery Box/Surprise Box. The customer must be liable to pay the total price displayed during checkout to purchase the Mystery Box/Surprise Box. 

Mystery Box/Surprise Box itself is a customized product and as such the customers will not have the opportunity to choose the items contained in the Mystery Box/Surprise Box. It will be given anonymously and Purple Wave shall have no liability regarding any claim in relation to the product of the Mystery Box/Surprise Box provided that the Customer remains unsatisfied with the product.
A customer is eligible to order only one Mystery Box/Surprise Box. Therefore, multiple orders from different devices will not be honored by a single customer.

Mystery Box/Surprise Box items are refundable only if the products are defective or damaged. However, to obtain a refund for the product the customer is required to comply with the Return & Refund Policy of Purple Wave. The customer is required to provide substantial proof of the defect or damage to obtain a refund.

Mystery Box/Surprise Box will be live as long as it is in stock. Therefore, those customers who will be able to order first shall get the Mystery Box/Surprise Box first.

Purple Wave and the customers both acknowledge and agree that none of the product owners have any obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance and support services with respect to the Mystery Box/Surprise Box items.

Purple Wave reserves the right to cancel any order for the Mystery Box/Surprise Box provided that the customer breaches any policy of Purple Wave or commits any fraudulent activity or any other activity resulting in the violation of any law or these terms and conditions. Purple Wave shall not be liable for such cancellation in any manner.
